I woke up with a high fever and was able to check in online prior to going into MD Now. The process was very easy, and they were efficient in getting me checked in and seen by the doc very quickly. The staff and doc were all very friendly and pleasant. Overall it was a calm and inviting environment, and made being diagnosed with the flu (although not fun) a bearable experience. I would definitely visit this office for urgent care needs in the future.

The nicest team ever. Especially we’re having a four-year-old getting a Covid test. Everybody was so helpful. Very clean facility especially since we are in town visiting. I am coming probably only a 10 minute wait

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.

I had one of my best visits with MDNow this week. Everything was incredibly smooth, the desk staff was extremely flexible and informative about my questions. The nurse was incredible and super caring, great conversation and made getting my blood work a breeze! I highly recommend this location, I have used them multiple times this past year between COVID testing/antibody screening and other medical issues!

MD Now provides efficient thorough medical care rapidly with minimal waiting time. I am in general good health so I rarely visit but on two occasions I have met competent, friendly, caring medical professionals who diagnosed and treated small wounds and minor skin infections. I look forward to seeking medical care in the future at MD Now.

I got tested here on a walk-in basis. Free with insurance! Everyone was incredibly kind, and the staff treated me well.

I called MD Now and had an appt in a day on Sunday. From the the Front staff to the staff doing testing everyone was so courteous and professional. Thank you so much to all. The problem continues to be with some patients that will not follow safe procedures with. Covid. . I highy recommend this office. Great job

Healthcare workers were very nice. Very efficient. Though I didn't get an exact resolution to my problem, I was able to get some pain relief. Would go there again.

Short wait times, convenient location, very friendly and helpful medical staff. I have been a few times over the course of 2 years and the medical staff have always taken their time to listen and fully understand any issues I describe before moving ahead with a diagnosis.

Very cordial well informed staff.Exceptionaly clean and Covid safe.Pleasant and extremely skilled doctor.I would definitely return to this facility if needed!!
