Eva office manager, Filandi, Intake, and Amy- Pa. These 3 combined got me in and out, even with a wait, they made it worth waiting. Kind, gentle and helpful everyway, possible . My own Primary Doctors office Total MD / Urgent Care office is MD Nows Competitor. They wouldnt even see me after i was willing to wait there in their office while their PA said she had a procedure to do and it would be an hour or so. They told me because of my pain level, ( i pulled a muscle in my shoulder) to go to the hospital. I told them, i have been like this for 3 days , i would wait 1-2 so i wouldnt have to wait in The ER 3-4 hours for twice or 3 times the expense. She said even if i waited, she wouldnt treat me, and just would refer me to the hospital. So i came here. Same pain level, same pulled muscle. Atleast the saw me. And IF then they said go to the hospital, i would understand. But not even see me. So, MD NOW Is my Urgent Care place. I just wish i could use them for my primary office. Thank you ladies. If i could give you a raise, i would.

Much better experience than the express urgent care center from across the street. The receptionist was welcoming and greeted us here. The people here took our time and listened unlike the other place.

If you have any COVID symptoms, go here. After being turned away with no inhaler, steroid or anything at other urgent cares and ERs, finally we found someone who truly cared and wanted to help us. Thank you Carol Reive for making us feel heard. You are a godsend.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. This location was great. Took care of me fast and the Doctor was very pleasant. The location was very clean, provided cold bottlee water or tap if that is your preference. All in all the visit went well and I would recommend this location to anyone in need of an urgent care facility.

Outstanding service! I walked in without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon for a physical and possibly some vaccinations required by my college. The front desk Glenda and Maria were very inviting and offered me water while I checked in and created an account. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the phone, prior to my visit.
I was greeted by the medical assistant Don in less than a few minutes and he made me feel welcomed and even cracked a few jokes. He was professional but also personable. Very shortly I was escorted back to a room where I met with the practitioner for my physical examination. She was quick, in a very thorough way, and asked me about any vaccines needed. I explained I didn't have access to any records of previous shots and would be willing to purchase all the vaccines needed ( they're prices are also the cheapest available).
Instead of charging me, the staff pulled together and researched my previous vaccines, and recommended titers for the ones that weren't documented. Still in awe with the service. The whole appointment was an hour and I now have everything in line for school after my first visit!
