I came to MD Now in Parkland for what I thought was a bad cold. They were so nice and took me in immediately. The doctor and staff are all very nice and very professional. It was such an easy experience - I’ll definitely go back!

I got pushed to this MD from Delray beach MD now, and as inconvenient as my previous visit was with that MD now, I am glad we came here because they took care of my son, they took the time to find out what happened and what they needed to do for him. The nurse (Flavia) and the Doctor were both very nice, funny, patient and kind with my son. He got a boot for his foot and through the x-rays and process they were joking with him and trying to make him feel comfortable. Even understaffed being the only 2 to see patients they didn't rush us and nkt only was the front desk personnel pleasant they were kind and helpful. I couldn't find my sons insurance and she went above and beyond to help me, wish I got her name to put it on my review but I did not. But over all I'm very pleased with the way they took care of my son at this location. I will drive another 30 minutes in traffic to visit this location before I go back to the Delray location. Thank you again!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dieguez at MD Now Urgent Care. In my humble experience with physicians, Dr. Dieguez knows how to evaluate, and treat the real patient needs. He just not listen, he really care about my concerns. He instills confidence in the patient with the care and advises he provides. I felt very comfortable in his care and feel knows and does the right thing in providing care for my conditions. Dr Dieguez actually seems to care about me. While I know that he cannot fix me 100% in just one urgent care visit, he was to make improvement for me. Thank You Dr Dieguez!!

Very friendly and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! From the front desk to the doctor to the lab tech! Everyone had the same MO. Communicate effectively and treated me with respect.

Exceptional Service, by both the nurses and staff, a slight wait which is to be expected during pandemic times. (About an hour or so). Went in for a ear infection from ocean swimming and walked out with three scripts (two antibiotics and one painkiller) to take care of it quickly for my flight. Amazing service, would come back. (Was from out of state and accommodations had zero issues) Thank You Dr. Alejandro!

Our family has visited this location a few times over the years with no issues. The staff is always great, from the front desk reception on up. Roger is funny and friendly and does a great job taking x-rays and making patients feel comfortable. Dr. Rodrigues was friendly and provided adequate care based on the x-rays. Lance took his time finding the right knee brace and making sure it fit properly, with the help of another co-worker
