I had a bad experience at the Greenacres location a few month ago, so I've decided to try a different location today. I went The the Royal Palm Beach location today and the staff was amazing. The front counter receptionist was amazing, she greeted us when we walked in. She was wonderful throughout the registration process. The nurse that assisted us was Lance, he was amazing. He introduced himself when he walked in, he was pleasant, polite, informative, caring, and thorough. He asked questions, answered our questions and documented everything. Lance is a great addition and the Greenacres location should strive to hire people like Lance in their facility because he makes the experience great for the patient. The facility was clean, the wait time was less than 10 minutes before we were called, which is definitely a plus!
The practitioner C. Washington came in and she introduced herself as soon as she walked in the door. She was very friendly, polite, and thorough in completing the exam. She explained the process and and sked my son questions while checking him. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I will certainly return in the future! Thank you all for a job well done!

This is a truly excellent urgent care facility. I had to return twice after my initial visit for follow up care and every person I encountered from the front desk and check-out employees to the medical professionals were so friendly, caring, and helpful. My medical care was thorough. I highly recommend the MD Now Lantana clinic!

I woke up with a high fever and was able to check in online prior to going into MD Now. The process was very easy, and they were efficient in getting me checked in and seen by the doc very quickly. The staff and doc were all very friendly and pleasant. Overall it was a calm and inviting environment, and made being diagnosed with the flu (although not fun) a bearable experience. I would definitely visit this office for urgent care needs in the future.
