Came here today to have an antibody test...and met THE most outstanding medical assistant I've ever met! Her name is Novlette. She had an incredibly bright and cheerful attitude, let me know every single thing she was going to do before she did it and drew my blood very efficiently and professionally (and it didn't hurt a bit!) It's very rare to find someone with such outstanding interpersonal and communication, as well as patient care, skills so I wanted to give her a huge shout out! MD Now Is very fortunate to have this exemplary, super compassionate provider on their staff. It was my first time at one of these urgent cares and because of Ms Novlette, I'm very impressed and I will definitely come back if needed. PS Also wanted to mention that in addition to this wonderful MA, the receptionist was also super polite and very kind.
