I was in and out in 28 minutes - impressive! Both of my interactions with the staff - Ana, at the front desk and Chiquita, who took my vitals and administered the Covid-19 test - were friendly, professional and efficient. Even, Jesus from the MD Now Urgent Care call center, was patient and informative over the phone when I called ahead of time to verify that my insurance would be accepted. Went spur of moment to see a doctor for a painful rash. A friend had recommended MD Now. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was seen and very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the facility. The doctor made a prompt diagnosis.In and out in less than one hour. Quick in, treatment and out ! This place is great if you need a doctor real quick. Nice new construction kept clean and prompt attention and service is the way they do it here. I came in to treat a minor inquiry that became inflected. They checked me up and down sending my prescription directly to the pharmacy for my pickup. Dr. Was knowledgeable and friendly so was the staff. With my insurance the co-payment was only a little more than a regular Dr. Visit but way faster and plesent. Keep doing a great job!
