I went to this urgent care today with my partner. He had quite an embarrassing hand injury. (He hurt himself mixing frozen ground beef.)Every one of the staff were very caring and efficient. From the front girls to the PA. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Except one of the girls had it on her chin. But she wasnt taking care of anyone so it wasnt much of a concern. We got there around 9 AM and we were out of there by 10:30. The wait in the waiting room was very short. No insurance, but the price was very affordable. I do recommend this place for anyone that may have an urgent injury or may have covid-19. They take care of that too,we were turned away from a different clinic due to a slight fever. Glad we came here instead.

They got my husband in right away, and quickly determined that he didn't have any broken bones. If necessary, he could have had X-rays right there. The doctor and medical staff were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. I'm so glad MD Now is near our home for emergencies that don't require the hospital emergency room. They sent the prescription to our favorite pharmacy. A reassuring, wonderful experience.

At 5am I easily scheduled a Covid test online.
I biked to the location where there was lots parking for cars and some poles to lock up bikes.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in.
Facility was clean and there was ample seating.
Was out in 10 minutes with a very positive vibe.
Making an appointment allows for less wait time.

The office staff, X-ray tech, triage nurse and Dr. were all very kind and friendly to me and my 11yr old daughter. Although we waited for over an hour to be seen, once they called us back, the process from vitals to check out was quick and smooth.
