After an international trip, I caught some crazy upper respiratory infection. The local doctors treated me with antibiotics and the infection went away but the inflammation and acid reflux was so severe, I was having respiratory spasms while I was on a vacation for spring break in South FL area which prompted me to go to this urgent care. Dr. Yaquob Tokhi took time to listen to me and quickly identified and explained what I was going through and why and treated me with the right stuff. He promised me that I will get better in just one day. And he was right. I didn't have the spasms anymore and I enjoyed rest of my vacation. If I recall correctly, Dr. Tokhi also specializes in radiology which helped him pinpoint the issues on-site. This happened in April 2018 and I have been meaning to write a review ever since. Finally, I took time now to do so. Thank you, Dr. Tokhi!
As a side note, this facility was sparkling clean and the staff was very friendly.

Went in last night, staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very competent MA took me to exam room, took history and vitals. Dr Tran was my physician. He listened to my complaint and prescribed meds.
In and out in about an hour. I was very happy with the service received Highly recommended

After waiting over 1 hour at the Tamarac office I made an appt for the sunrise location! After waiting another 45 minutes I asked why make an appt if you have to wait close to an hour? They told me they are a walk in facility and the appt is just to enter your personal information?? I complained and they took me as they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes and still had 3 people waiting besides me and my husband!! The dr asst was very nice but the front desk can be more friendly and less attitude!!

Doctor Michel granado is truly one of the best doctors I had the pleasure of encountering. I was here yesterday and the service Michel provided to me does not even compare to the service I got yesterday when he was not there. This man truly cares about helping people THANK YOU Michel!!!!!

I love MD Now! I have used the virtual option many times and recently had COVID. I was pretty sick and my primary couldn’t (or wouldn’t) book me for 2 weeks. I used MD Now and Dr. Amy (virtual) hooked me up. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been in the hospital without prompt medication. I went in Sunday for an ear infection and right from the greeting and pleasant young woman at the reception desk to the medical assistant and Jennifer who treated me, I cannot say enough for their kindness, friendliness, professional care, and even acknowledging a recent birthday. How amazing is this group! I’ll use MD Now for any needed medical care. They are fabulous.

The tech was busy with a patient while I waited in the room so the provider started my care so I didn't need to wait as long. She ran all the tests that she could to make sure she was giving me the proper diagnosis and treatment before I left. They have amazing bedside manner and are respectful of your time.
