I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. Staff was professional and pleasant; from the receptionist to the doctor. Oh, well no. The last person of contact could use some customer service lessons; felt like she didn't like me as a person. Come to think of it, to my face they were lovely. But I heard the Doctor and a caucasian crowd in the back laughing about my name. While I was still there! In ear distance!! And again, with the exception of the caucasian girl in billing; everyone was pleasant to my face but mean spirited behind my back.

Last minute walk in for a chest X-ray and PTT test for pre-op and they took me in quickly and assisted with all concerns and questions.

I was in and out of there! The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this place anytime you feel under the weather and want to be seen right away.

I had such a pleasant experience at this urgent care! From the beginning to the end of my visit everyone was so kind and helpful. My visit went pretty fast as well so that was a plus. I will most definitely go here again in the future!
