Everyone was so polite and nice. I have terrible veins but needed to have blood drawn for a preppy surgery…?it took 3 different people to try before they got the blood. I know at other Walk-in and even my endocrinologists office they would have given up and told me to come back….I appreciate their time and kindness!

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Urgent Care. From the beginning they were all very patient with my hearing impairment. I appreciate the kindness from the receptionist to StephAne who called in my prescription for my painfully itchy allergic reaction to being bite by a gang of mosquitoes at Virginia Key. Len Let is a pure gem. Biggest heart Dr Ballarini is an amazing doctor who knew exactly how to help me and was super patient with me which is what I needed. Excellent facility. Clean, friendly, professional, etc. Doctor on staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, thoughtful and communicative and they had imaging services available - I was in and out after X-rays and preliminary diagnosis in under two hours.
