I recommended this MDNow location. The registrars are very polite and explain everything clearly. The wait time can be a little slow in the early evening but I guess its because everyone comes in after work. Medical staff are thorough and make sure they explain what they are doing and why. They make sure you understand everything before you leave.

Very professional and helpful. No wait time they took my wife and I right away doctor detail our diagnosis and detail how to take our meds the women who checked us out made sure we had doctors notes for work overall great experience.

I was given the name of this facility because I am Canadian and this is an approved facility. I did not have to wait long. I saw the doctor who said he did not see anything apparently wrong so I was given the names of several podiatrists. Staff were very nice. I would recommend it.

This place was wonderful! From the minute I walk in the staff was very cheerful and extremely helpful! I came there as a walk-in and was seen within 10 minutes and the covid test took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way back home! Will definitely be contacting them for my other health needs! Thanks to everyone at MD Now! Well today I came here again to get another covid-19 test as someone who lives in my home had a positive and a negative test results and since I had been here before all I had to do was show my ID AND INSURANCE CARD SIGN IN 2 PLACES and before I could put the pen down the Dr was calling me to the back! I WAS LITERALLY IN THE DOOR AND BACK OUT IN LESS THAN 7 MINUTES! I WISH THIS PLACE HAD PRIMARY CARE AS WELL AS URGENT CARE BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE FOR MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING MY VERY STRESSFUL DAY HAVE A MUCH BETTER ONE!

This is post is for James, the experience I had was great, the staff was kind, polite, respectful, and pleasant. The nurse was nice as she took my dad nap and the person that performed the procedure was nice as well.

Tashaii and Devania at MD Now in Heron Bay are both wonderful. Tashaii especially made a great effort to have my test results forwarded so my procedure could be done as scheduled. Such kind, caring people.

In and out and very pleasant service. The receptionist, nurse, and MD on staff today were efficient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get to patients. So appreciated!
