I chose this urgent care location at US 1 and Ludlum Road in South Miami for its convenience. This MD Now is very clean, very professional, very polite and the staff seem genuinely concerned for your well being. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Parsaei, Nurse Orlando and the receptionist, Samantha. Dr. Parsaei made me feel like I was her only patient, and diagnosed me with great efficiency and suggestions. Orlando was thorough and thoughtful, and very gentle with the needle. I was expecting to be at least a little sore from having a shot but, I never experienced any discomfort. Samantha, the most important first person you have contact with, was very personable and professional. She accepted good faith from me when she couldn’t reach my insurance company to clarify my coverage. Now... If I have anything negative to say, it would be the TV in the waiting room was on a Spanish only speaking channel. But that’s not even important when it comes to your health. If you’re ever in need, I highly recommend this urgent care.

Staff was very busy and they were dealing with annoying people. Staff remained polite and professional. Clinical team was great
