Our service was top notch from the front desk to the medical staff. Being sick during a pandemic has some major drawbacks but thankfully all of our concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a one stop shop for lab draws, X-ray and flu/COVID PCR testing, look no further. My child was even tended to with a sweet treat for behaving so well while we were cared for by the staff. Thank you MD Now for your amazing choice in qualified staff and cleanly environment.

The call was answered by a very pleasant young lady in the front office who made the appointment after carefully checking to see if my insurance would cover the appointment. After a short wait after filling in my information for my first visit to MDNow. I had to have a COVID19 test which was not rushed. I was patiently asked questions, test (kindly) accomplished after checking on my vitals. Visited on 12/25/ 2018 due to both of my children severe cold illness. Had pleasant experience with MD Now Urgent Care in Ojus (Miami), Florida. Very clean facility and supportive and clinical staff were attentive to my children's health problem and treated us with the care. Dr. Jaime Arango Cifuentes is great. He is knowledgeable professional and I highly appreciate his attention and his care! Thank you very much! Excellent service, Amy Morrison was very professional in her assessment of wound originally and care after the initial appointment insured that wound was healing properly. She personally called for a follow up, also recommending that we see a wound care specialist which we did. That specialist said that Amy’s initial care was excellent.
