Happy Doctor
Very friendly staff! After 5 minutes of sitting in the room, the nurse came in to inform me that the doctor will be in only 30 minutes because he has a procedure to do. She came in holding water which she immediately offered for my wait which I appreciate. The doctor did come in within 30 minutes and was very informative. The other nurse was very quick and professional to send my prescription to my pharmacy. Thank you to all who made this visit pleasant!

Best urgent care experience to date! The staff is beyond courteous. Very clean environment. Great experience! Update 2/16/2021 I have now been here at least 4 times with my kids and I have had a wonderful experience each time. I really can’t say enough about their wonderful staff.

The palm beach lake office is one of the location that I went to, from the receptionist to back office; the staffs are very nice and compassion. The doctor was very precise with my diagnosis, and I received a follow up call to see if meds are working. The best location to go to
