Came here today to have an antibody test...and met THE most outstanding medical assistant I've ever met! Her name is Novlette.
She had an incredibly bright and cheerful attitude, let me know every single thing she was going to do before she did it and drew my blood very efficiently and professionally (and it didn't hurt a bit!)
It's very rare to find someone with such outstanding interpersonal and communication, as well as patient care, skills so I wanted to give her a huge shout out!
MD Now Is very fortunate to have this exemplary, super compassionate provider on their staff. It was my first time at one of these urgent cares and because of Ms Novlette, I'm very impressed and I will definitely come back if needed.
PS Also wanted to mention that in addition to this wonderful MA, the receptionist was also super polite and very kind.

There was only one doctor on duty. And yet this doctor managed to give everyone their fair time and did it in a quick and efficient manner. He also gave updates to people sitting in the lobby which I’ve never seen before. Considerate enough to let people know that he’s going to get to each one of us as soon as soon as he could. There had to be at least 20 people in the waiting room. He did an incredible job!!! Things moved very quickly considering the Circumstances. I highly recommend The doctor as well as MD Now on Linton.

The front desk person immediately acknowledged me and was very kind. The nurse came and got me and remembered me from my previous visit. When the PA came in she asked about the incident that lead to the wounds. She was very kind and gentle. I did this during my lunch time and I even had 15 minutes to spare.

My experience at MD Now at Royal Palm Beach has always been great. The staff from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner and doctors are very professional. Wait time is never too long.

I needed to get refills on my meds (due to losing my job and my insurance soon to expire) and not being able to get an appointment with my primary doctor before my insurance expired. They were able to get me in, ask a few questions, run a test on my blood, and called in my prescriptions. I was in the office 20 minutes, tops. I highly recommend MD NOW URGENT CARE to any and all. They did a great job for me, I know they will do the same for everyone that comes in. Thank You!!
