They have the most pleasant people to assist you every step of your medical appointment. Questions were entertained and answered politely. I went there to get vaccinated and my vaccines were administered by Ms. Novlette and she did it quickly and almost painfree! So service wise, I can say they are superb. Thanks MD now Sunrise FL team!

I was seen for a sore throat that I had about 10 days. I had fever the first or second day of this symptom and felt weak for several days. The doctor prescribed a Z pack and cough medicine, but did not do a Covid test. I’m wondering if I should return for a Covid test? Please let me know.

I have always been more than satisfied with my care at MDNow. On this particular visit, they looked at my complaint and stated that they thought I needed to go to an ER instead... Glad I did. I just got out of the hospital after nearly four days on IV antibiotics for a serious cellulitis.
As important as it is to know what you can do when it comes to medical issues, it is equally important, maybe more important, to know your limitations. MDNow proved that they know what they can do, and are courageous/ethical enough to know what they cannot do. This ability to know what to treat and what to "outsource" may have saved my arm...

If I could give 10 stars I would. MD Now is how other urgent care centers should operate. Let me briefly share my husbands journey- simple cellulitis on finger. He went to another urgent care yesterday (which I will reserve the name out of courtesy and professionalism). All they did was an X-ray, antibiotic and a dx of celulitis. As a nurse, I knew he needed an I&D, but nothing. Just the generic follow up with PCP in 2 days. He was in so much pain, but I decided to avoid an unnecessary ED visit and proceed to the appropriate level of care . That said, today we made a hand specialist appt. (Again will reserve the name) to have an I&D. I was confident that they should be able to perform the procedure then and there. I mean with the right tools I could. Well instead we were given a next day surgical Appt. at an outpatient surgical center. Really?
At this point, we were headed straight to ED when I decided to call MDNow. LINDA was super helpful and thank God my husband got his I&D by the amazing DR. YANES...Thank you MD now for not subjecting my husband to more pain, preventing another sleepless night and saving our healthcare system( and us) thousands of dollars in waste. Thank you!
