I have had to seek care from this facility twice in a year because I couldn't reach my own Dr. Staff and Drs are awesome.

I love MD Now! I have used the virtual option many times and recently had COVID. I was pretty sick and my primary couldn’t (or wouldn’t) book me for 2 weeks. I used MD Now and Dr. Amy (virtual) hooked me up. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been in the hospital without prompt medication. I went in Sunday for an ear infection and right from the greeting and pleasant young woman at the reception desk to the medical assistant and Jennifer who treated me, I cannot say enough for their kindness, friendliness, professional care, and even acknowledging a recent birthday. How amazing is this group! I’ll use MD Now for any needed medical care. They are fabulous.

This is a Very nice SUPER clean place, been twice. Had severe wrist pain after a bad fall , In waiting room for 15 minutes, saw doctor, did Xray and prescription in 10 minutes. Doctors are nice very nice, take their time to explain. Everyone wearing a mask & social distancing. 5 Stars !!!

I highly recommend visiting this beautiful establishment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a staff member (Kim P.). She was so friendly and helpful. Then, the nurse (Christina R.) was so kind and gentle as she took the information that was needed before seeing the doctor. Last but not least, the doctor (Dr. Shaw) took time to listen and care for my needs. Honestly, I was apprehensive about going to an urgent care, but I am so happy I did. Thank you, MD Now!

My husband had no insulin when we got here. The people from the clinic said it would be a couple of Hours but the Dr came in almost right away. I had left the insulin at Home in Tennessee. The Dr was very thorough and gave us a prescription. The man that first saw us was very nice and he talked to the Dr and they got us out of there in a half hour. The only thing we didn't like was the two prescriptions cost over $600.00. Thank you
