This was the best location and experience I’ve ever had with the MD Now chain. They were very thorough and Dr. Magee explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like another “quota”. I would make the drive to come here again even though I have one around the corner from my house.

The initial wait was about as long as expected, service was very solid, and when I finally saw Doctor Swanson, he had me in and out in mere minutes with an accurate diagnosis and prescription. Very cool staff, very pleasant experience. They even had the little lollipops on the way out that I recognized from the doctors offices when I was a kid. Loved to see that. Didn't take one but I'm glad they were there.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Some don't realize that a severe phobia of needles is a real thing. From anxiety to panic attacks. I needed months to work up the courage to get the Covid vaccine. As fate would have it Christopher was the one to give me my shot. I explained my situation. He not only put me at ease, but delivered the shot almost without me knowing. Anyone with this paralyzing phobia that is near the location by Federal and Woolbrite needs to get their shot done by Christopher. Thank you so much, a huge weight has been lifted off me!

Besides having a rude lady jump in front of me in line, despite the fact that I was the first car in the parking lot, it was great service and I was in and out quickly. There’s a pregnant woman at the desk. She was wonderful. I didn’t get her name but a man came in yelling complaining no one was answering the phone and that they sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy. He ended being in the wrong and had gone to the wrong pharmacy but he was screaming at her in front of a lobby full of people without a mask on and leaning towards her coming behind the barrier between him and her. She maintained composure, she was still polite and helped him regardless. This man through a fit and she remained calm. Excellent customer service.
