My husband had no insulin when we got here. The people from the clinic said it would be a couple of Hours but the Dr came in almost right away. I had left the insulin at Home in Tennessee. The Dr was very thorough and gave us a prescription. The man that first saw us was very nice and he talked to the Dr and they got us out of there in a half hour. The only thing we didn't like was the two prescriptions cost over $600.00. Thank you

Our wait time was not very long, even with 3 other patients ahead of us. The front desk staff was friendly, and the nurse and physician we saw were also very nice and professional. The diagnosis was pretty quick and we were out (from entering to leaving) in just under an hour. Hope we don't have to go back but if we do, we won't have any worries about doing so.

There’s a pregnant woman at the desk. She was wonderful. I didn’t get her name but a man came in yelling complaining no one was answering the phone and that they sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy. He ended being in the wrong and had gone to the wrong pharmacy but he was screaming at her in front of a lobby full of people without a mask on and leaning towards her coming behind the barrier between him and her. She maintained composure, she was still polite and helped him regardless. This man through a fit and she remained calm. Excellent customer service.
