I had never been to MD Now and I don’t know why… the care there is excellent. Everything is very clean and sanitized and the staff is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. Whenever I have a problem I will definitely be going to MD now and no other urgent care. It was fast, easy and over all an amazing experience. Thank you MD Pinecrest!

We were there shortly after opening with about 10-12 people ahead of us and many more just kept coming after.
Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor were all very kind, professional and efficient.
We were in and done in a total of an hour and a half, which we thought wasn’t bad considering the volume of people.

The staff was all very friendly, pleasant and understanding considering the unrelenting volume of Covid testing they’re doing and the fatigue they must feel. You can book a Covid appointment online, but you can also walk in. It’s first come, first served. Without an appointment, we were still seen very quickly.
