I had never been to MD Now and I don’t know why… the care there is excellent. Everything is very clean and sanitized and the staff is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. Went in last night, staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very competent MA took me to exam room, took history and vitals. Dr Tran was my physician. He listened to my complaint and prescribed meds. In and out in about an hour. I was very happy with the service received Highly recommended

I will only go to MD Now Urgent Care Centers. My experiences in the North-Palm Beach area as well as South in Miami area are equally fantastic. Great, professional people, caring and knowledgeable. In my humble opinion, more caring and professional than most Primary Care physicians. You will not be disappointed !!

Urgent Care facilities are typically not known for hospitality and pleasant experiences, however Sylvia was so warm and helpful at this location that it made me feel like I was at home talking with my own mother! It was quite the pleasant surprise.

All interactions from point of entry to exit were pleasant and positive. Both front desk employees were kind and helpful, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed. The care specialists were also very kind and inviting. They were informative and professional. Highly appreciate the service!!

Wow am I in the same urgent care clinic that I been using since 2006. Something happen it’s much more professional and better customer service. My PA C Jessica, treated me like a patient and not a number. I was also impressed with my MA and the whole medical staff. Keep up the good work.
