All the staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. Front staff manager really is an asset to your establishment. They took me right in. I had injured my little toe and was bleeding. Didn't have to wait at all. Will definitely refer all that ask to go there during open hours.

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. my family of 4 walked in at 7:15pm on 8/4/2021 the staff was tired and super busy! The lady behind the desk was beyond friendly and professional. Dr. J took our vitals at 8 pm despite wanting to go home he could not have been more polite and helpful. He even took the time to print something for my wife. Then the tech in the back had our covid tests done in minutes. Results came the next day! It would have been very easy to send us away, but they went the extra mile and that was much appreciated! This morning I arrived at the urgent care with alot of pain in my toe, which I hit the night before. The attention was very cordial and professional since I arrived, they brought a wheelchair to take me in, they took x-rays, everyone was very kind to me. The doctor and his assistants explained everything I should do to feel better, thanks God my toe was not broken but is very swollen. Thank you very much to all for the kind service.
