Staff are nice. The lady doctors are great she take time and answers my questions. Better then my doctor office. I would definitely come back if I have an urgent.

(Went in around 930 am and it got crowded after that on a Monday morning) Update: Went a few weeks later again on a Sunday and Dr. Jackson & the rest of her weekend staff were again excellent. They took me in even though I arrived only shortly before their closing (again, my apologies) and had just as great of service! Very uplifitng attitudes, energetic, and polite! Knowledgeable and courteous in explaining medical issues! Thank you!

The staff was welcoming, shared information on next steps and how to get my Covid results and the doctor taking the swab was fantastic. They made an uncomfortable and anxious appointment extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!

I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. The best MD Now in Palm Beach County. The staff are respectful and Doctors are patient with clients. I’ve been here for Covid tests several times and each time I was a big baby and cried lol but the nurses were gentle with me. If you want good services stop by Palm Beach Lakes MS Now. The wait time during Covid is a bit long but the services are worth the wait.
