wait was reasonable (30 min?). had xrays for ankle- bad sprain, not broken. All personnel were pleasant & helpful and the NP who I saw was knowledgeable making me feel confident in her assessment.

I broke a toe and the entire staff at MD Now were kind, humorous, and patient. The woman at the front desk told me to sit down because I was having trouble walking and that she would walk out to me and collect my cards and co-pay. This was so nice of her! Susan M. was my X-ray technician, and she was just as sweet as can be and made me laugh while I was there, which I needed. Dr. Katz was kind and even brought me back so I could take a picture of my x-rays to share with my family, which I was hoping to do. And Jessica wrapped my toes and gave me a surgical shoe and she was also just as sweet as can be and funny. Considering I broke my toe in three places and was in a lot of pain, I had a wonderful experience at MD Now because of ALL of the employees. Thank you!

Wonderful, attentive and courteous staff every single time! Their lab has the BEST turn around time for Covid-19 testing. Tops 2 days to get your results!! Amazing!

Some wait but the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and well organized. The doctor was very good. He actually communicated clearly and very approachable. Left there feeling super satisfied, with the overall care.

There’s a pregnant woman at the desk. She was wonderful. I didn’t get her name but a man came in yelling complaining no one was answering the phone and that they sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy. He ended being in the wrong and had gone to the wrong pharmacy but he was screaming at her in front of a lobby full of people without a mask on and leaning towards her coming behind the barrier between him and her. She maintained composure, she was still polite and helped him regardless. This man through a fit and she remained calm. Excellent customer service.

It was fast and the staff was professional. The place clean and orderly. Walk in was nice great place to go for covid testing no rapid there.
