I came in today to do a standard drug screening for my new job. Unfortunately, I realized I left my phone in my car after I’d already signed their policy, which states that I cannot leave the building until I have completed the screening. To make matters worse, I really needed my phone to communicate with my current employer that I would be in later than expected because there was a wait. I asked a young lady if there were any way possible that I could retrieve my phone from my car but she informed me that it wasn’t allowed and she didn’t want me to risk losing my new job opportunity. She was very sweet about it and I understood because a policy is a policy. Five or ten minutes later, she comes to me offering to go to my car and get my phone because she felt bad. She looks for it and we both come to the realization that I left it home. She tells me that I can have my boss call the office and she’ll confirm my whereabouts. She went above and beyond for me. I wish I had her name so that I could let her know just how much I appreciated everything she did this morning. Hopefully, she’ll see this. <3 Everyone there was very pleasant. The service was swift and impeccable.

Very quick and professional service received! After having waited seven hours at Holy Cross Emergency room for X-rays the day before & I was seen within an hour and out the door with everything I needed. The doctor and clinical supervisor, Samara were amazing!

Took my kids and I to get tested for Covid and the staff was very friendly.

Facility was nice and clean. Front desk personnel were kind and process was quick and easy from start to finish. I checked in online before going and there was only one other person in waiting room when I arrived. Checking in/wait was about 15 min. The physician assistants were pleasant and the doctor was also friendly. I went in for a flu test and that’s what I received.

Ernst, the assistant clinic manager, was SO helpful! When you are not feeling well and need immediate assistance, the last thing you want to deal with is a billing error. He resolved it immediately with a smile on his face

I love this product. Unlike other eye tightening serums Ive tried, this one is different. It works better than anything else Ive tried but I can actually put make up on once it dries. Its also intended for use on your entire face, not just your eyes. Ive noted that it sometimes leaves a white residue but Ive discovered its only because Ive applied too much. It only takes a small amount. I told someone that I just met yesterday that I was 65 years old. Her reply to me was that I had beautiful skin. Ive never been told that in my entire life!! I was of course wearing my Miami MD Instant Wrinkle Eraser. Im a life long customer here. Top quality product I will never go without.

I would highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care. This is the second time I have been their first Mar. 4th. and they are professional and have the best Doctors. Today since the Coronavirus is full bloom, senior citizens after they check in wait in their cars. They call you and you go straight in to see the Doctors. I really appreciate the consideration for senior citizens.
