Was greeted and the intake person took all my information immediately. And there were only three people in the waiting room. I waited maybe 10 minutes. Was escorted into the room by the nurse who took my vitals. Five minutes later the doctor came in . He diagnosed me and wrote out a prescription which was sent immediately to the pharmacy. The whole visit took about 20 minutes

Facility was nice and clean... Staff was very courteous and friendly... fast service

They very attended and they sent me to ER and at the hospital grabbed me right away and let me stay hospitalized three days.

I am very impressed with this MDNow location. All of the staff - from Reception to the Doctors and Nurses - are genuinely friendly and professional. The office is clean and I was comfortable with all of the extra precautions taken due to Covid. The Doctor was very, very gentle with the Covid nasal test and the nurse was skilled as well when drawing blood. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a Covid test or other medical care they offer.

I had such a great experience! The staff was so amazing and really sweet. They took me back quickly and the dr was efficient. I usually hate the dr but this was a great experience. I would definitely go back if I needed to.

Short wait and caring staff

I was so excited to try this cream product from Miami MD, I decided to take before and after pictures and I am so glad I did. What an amazing difference I saw from the very beginning. I am incredibly impressed with this product. So much so, that I bought the Total Beauty Matrix, the Eye Rescue and the Age Defying Lift & Firm Cream. So far, so Good. Update: Was told by my workers compensation that thanks to Florida Law (Republicans and conservative Democrats) it was good that they turned me away and left me with pain and no imaging because Florida Law would have preferred Florida Blue over my own health and I would have been stuck with the bill for not waiting the 10 day process of workers compensation to set a visit up for me. Original: Turned away for back pain at the door, even with Florida Blue health insurance. I was told it was a workers compensation issue because of when the back pain began the day prior and I would have to contact my employer and wait for prior approval to even be seen.

Had some breathing problems while vacationing in Brickell. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. May fixed me up with a breathing treatment, a shot of prednizone and some other meds. Kept my walking pneumonia out of the hospital and feeling much better hours latter.
