From the start I was heard and the front desk was compassionate about my issue ( that means a lot when you’re medically compromised).
Check in was a breeze.
I saw RONICA, an amazing nurse who was professional and sweet and took her time with me until my issue was COMPLETELY resolved!
My doctor was right there to check and make sure before I left my concern was addressed.
I just can’t say enough good things about the care that was delivered.

This is an excellent Urgent Care facility. It's my second time visiting an MD Urgent Care and they are awesome! Great customer service, very compassionate employees, from the young woman who took my information upon sign-in (Kendaya?) to the nurse tech (Kat) and the super nice doctor, Dustin May. The facility is very clean & inviting, and they really make you feel at ease and that everything will be alright. No need to go to a cramped ER; this is the best clinic for any unforeseen medical issues that may arise! Thank you for excellent medical services!!!

This is the best urgent care in the area I will always come back here! All of the staff—the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor all made my experience so great and easy. Friendly & professional staff. Very clean office with bottled water available in the lobby along with multiple hand sanitizer pumps & Kleenex. As a walk-in, was seen quickly. As a nurse, I appreciated how Dr. Fernandez evaluated & treated my complex condition. Only complaint- they were out of viral swabs.

A bit of a long wait due to holiday covid testing but staff warned everyone as they registered. Staff was moving quickly and was friendly. Obviously going to a walk-in you know you will definitely have some kind of wait. Once taken back doctor was quick to see me and was friendly as well.
