I thought the person at the desk could have been more welcoming and I thought she could have used help. It can be tough to be cheerful when you are trying to check in continuous patients. The waiting area was filled, and people were standing in line. The PA. Tiffany was very good. She seemed knowledgeable. Without going into detail. it would behoove your company to require that these patient facing medical staff are vaccinated. The room was filled with masked COVID people due to the increase in the COVID Delta variant in Florida. This is for their safety. the safety of their family and the safety of the patients.

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. I walked in late afternoon yesterday, for back X-rays. The process took over an hour, but I was treated with respect by professional medical staff. Facility is very clean, and I left with a CD of X-rays, feeling I was on the road to recovery!
