I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. This is my third time at this clean cut place. After I made an appointment, MD Now (in South Miami at 67 Ave & US 1)) was timely when I came in each time. The staff is very efficient and courteous and informative. Also the nice new decor in the inside makes a very nice ambience....when you come in from the outside, you feel like you are in a different world. Its was a very pleasant experience each time that I came in for my respective medical needs.....truly professional!!
