I went in on a Friday evening and waited a short time in the exam room but much less than all of my past urgent care experiences. Dr. Ghazi addressed all of my concerns and then some, all with an exuberant and kind demeanor that would put anyone at ease. I left having begun a short treatment for my acute illness and I feel significantly better already - both physically and in outlook.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They even called me the next day to make sure I got the meds I needed and wanted to know how I was feeling. So thankful for MD Now, you guys are great.

My sister twisted her ankle and MD Now Urgent Care just before closing and their service was spectacular!!! She was treated, X Ray was taken and her sprain was treated. My sister came in with pain and left relieved of her excruciating pain. We love MD Now Urgent Care!!!

Professional staff and friendly atmosphere. Didn't sit down for long, was in and out quickly and had a pleasant experience.

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you can't get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.

I got there at 8am on a Monday. They were able to get me in and out within 30-40 minutes. The staff was incredibly nice. The doctor was easy to understand and even went into detail on what was going on with me without me having to ask and what to do if it happens again. Every single staff member said "I hope you feel better!" as I was leaving. I usually go to the urgent cares on University or in Parkland but have had bad experiences. I'll make sure to go to this one from now on!

Wow!! I am totally surprised at the excellence of the service i received today!! I got a foreign object in my eye. I called many places.. nobody had availability... All said go to hospital. I was a block away from MD NOW so i stopped in just in case..... Even though a few people were there... . They took me right back because it was urgent. Within 5 minutes a Dr examined.... Have a temporary numbing solution all within 5 minutes!!! Then they finished my eye for 20 minutes and the assistant was great. Nice and polite.. caring and helpful.... You don't get that anymore three days... 5 stars

Very clean. Staff is friendly. There's no wait. I went for knee pain and stiffness and swelling. Doctor prescribed me medicine to reduce swelling. Hopefully, it will work.
