As someone that works as a manager in retail I believe it is most important to rate my moms most recent visit to this location. My mom and I were on vacation visiting family. She had just had less then two weeks ago a hernia operation. She was unsettled about some discomfort she was experiencing and we wanted to make sure everything was okay. Our entire experience was top notch! We were greeted with a smile, walked into our room with humor and had a very professional nice doctor. Had a very good experience at this location. Waiting time was minimal. The staff and doctor were very friendly, professional and helpful. They were very attentive and asked questions and they paid close attention to my concerns.

I'm given a 5 Star review just because the staff is working hard and during this pandemic we are facing is a 5 star rating in itself.

My experience with MD Now was very excellent. I highly recommend MD Now to everyone.

First time I visited the location in Kendall. Everyone from the person who registers, to medical assistants, to the doctor, was very polite and made me feel welcomed. After the examination before I was discharged, the doctor asked if I had any further questions, did I understand everything and was there anything else she could help me with. The office is very clean and in a good centralized location. I went during the weekday morning and only had 2 people before me. I also like that they open early at 8 AM.
