I never have heard of the urgent care 7/28/21 was my first time there and the service was great I did not wait long and the doctor was very good and know what he is doing I have to go back for a follow up 7/31/21 and I will see will the service be the same you all be bless and safe out here

i am new to Miami , my ears were impacted and needed relief.
Of course these things happen at 2am in the morning, but I googled and booked a 8am appointment. When I went into the office I met receptionist Samantha who was very friendly and very helpful ,she got me going . Within a few minutes Medical Assistant Paula Correa , came out , she also was very friendly, kind, helpful and remained so during my entire ear procedure.
Dr Pena came over examined my ears , MA Paula did the procedures, Dr Pena checked and away I went. During my entire visit everybody was friendly, very helpful, it was a very enjoyable visit. All answered my questions , involved my wife , it was one of those WOW visits. I would highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care to all . I was a stranger , but felt as if as i was going there for years. I when in very fast, the staff and the doctor was excellent..if I’m ever sick again and I can’t an appointment from my primary care doctor, I will be back .. cause that was the case . Can’t get a appointment from my own doctor until Monday are they for real ., anyway the experience there was good ..
