I went to urgent care because my sciatica and lower back pain were shooting so strongly, and hitting my nerves. The prescribed medication from my pcp was not strong enough to treat my condition. Every single person at the office from the front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and doctor was professional, efficient, and exuded a genuinely warm personality. They listened attentively, were sensitive to my needs, and addressed what I needed comfortably. The place was also clean, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. There was one patient who came out when I arrived, one who went in before me, as I was filling out the paperwork, 2 patients waiting after me, and another walk-in who arrived after me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and I believe I was in & out in less than 15 minutes, or at least it definitely felt like it! I'm so happy to have found the perfect urgent care facility literally across the street of where I live! The medication I received worked perfectly, and I'm back to normal with the perfect medication available to me, as needed. Thank you guys!!!

This is the second time I used MD Now. Both in different areas of Florida. Both were extremely immaculate, staffed with pleasant, knowledgeable and comforting professionals. Their follow through was also very admirable. My husband had been to one of the facilities, as well, and was also very impressed. Very seldom do you find a business that is so together in all it's areas! Koodos to you MD Now!
