A couple of edgy chick's at the desk; no credit & no self pay. I went back to my employer with "the skinny" to get em paid. Upon my return they cranked me thru the system fast. In no time I was facing likkle nurse cutiepie and her samples. "would you like to wash your hands?" she chirped. It all went smoothly, all in masks in the waiting room. No sick people, just a few "sickbay commandos" ditching work. Good fast food medical, but have payment in place they're settling accounts and the sisters can only leave a message & you'll leave a skeleton at that speed....

I dread going to the doctor's office but this location had the most friendly staff I've ever met. It was early but everyone from the front staff to the nurses and doctor had great energy and really took away my anxieties of visiting for medical checkups. I highly recommend this location, I hope when I go back next the same staff will be there!

I went to the Hollywood location because I needed a school physical. From the phone call, the lady at the front desk, Miracle, was extremely helpful. She gave me all of the information I needed to know and was efficient, professional and kind. The medical assistant also was very nice as well as the manager who was at the front desk when I was there. The doctor who saw me was friendly, explained everything to me and did not seem like a robot doctor but a real person, which is rare and a gem. Lastly Will drew my blood and gave me a shot, she was super gentle and professional. I can confidently say that my visit was the best. Thank you!

Dr Crespo is the best! Can he be my PCP?! I've seen him 4-5 times this year (I blame my kid for giving me her germs) and I've been seen by him all those times. He remembers me, and definitely makes me feel welcome and important. I dont like a lot of people, but I like Dr. Crespo. If he ever changes locations (and he better not!!) I will gladly go to wherever he is. Seriously the absolute best Dr I've ever visited.
All the nurses there are also great, some of them remember me too. Everyone here has excellent bedside manners. I love this location.
