Being sick is the worst. I didn’t even want to get out of bed to go to the doctor as it can be a horrible experience. The receptionist was very kind, followed by the very kind nurse and then a very comforting and kind doctor. I felt like a homeless person. I haven’t showered in three days, no make up...ratty clothes. They all made me feel better. Turns out I have the flu. They all made me feel comfortable. I appreciate this place and will go there from now on. Not just that, it was very quick. Thank you all!

Quick and efficient

Excellent service, Amy Morrison was very professional in her assessment of wound originally and care after the initial appointment insured that wound was healing properly. She personally called for a follow up, also recommending that we see a wound care specialist which we did. That specialist said that Amy’s initial care was excellent. We would highly recommend this MdNow facility and Amy Morrison for any one needing this kind of medical attention.

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Caring and compassionate...

I waited about 15 minutes before being seen by a nurse practitioner. He evaluation time was about 10 minutes. I received a Covid test and medication prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. I was there 45 minutes. The location is minutes from my residence and the wait is not long.
