When I entered the facility without an appointment, the waiting room was full, so I settled in for a long wait. After getting registered, I was called within 4 minutes, was checked by a nurse, saw the doctor and was released in 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with MD Now Urgent Care and the level of care and the efficiency with which my visit was handled.

I did not have an appointment. But I was able to get an appointment with in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. The doctor provided detailed information on my health. My medication was sent over to the pharmacy immediately. I had a great experience. I'm grateful I did not have to wait a long time to be seen.

I went to a different MD Now (this one) for a follow up to my ear situation and Dr Hirt took one look at it and knew exactly what to do and boom... he took care of it.
