Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. Like the saying goes, “treat people the way you wish to be treated”. I am pleased to post this positive review for North Ft. Lauderdale MD NOW Urgent Care. The staff, from the front desk to Clinical Lead Samara Sinclair, Medical Asst. Samantha Davis & PA Provider Shana Kay Mignott were EXCELLENT!!! Courteous, patient, professional and very compassionate. They worked as a team, and took great care of me. I highly recommend N. Ft. Lauderdale MD NOW Urgent Care. Thank you, my “S” ladies. Came in for Covid Testing. The staff was friendly, and caring. The nurse who swabbed me was gentle, which I highly appreciated, because the first time I had a covid test it caused a bit of “post traumatic swab disorder” lol. The only issues: Due to high volume of patients bc of recent Covid outbreaks, the wait was about 45 minutes and parking lot is small - so it was difficult to get a spot. Other than that, I would definitely use their services again. Results should come back in 24-48 hours and are accessible via internet/patient portal, which is much better than 10-14 days from public testing sites and having to wait on a phone call for results. I have insurance, so out of pocket cost today was only $35 vs $199 without insurance. I’ll post a follow up review after my results, hopefully there won’t be any issues/delays.

I had an emergency regarding my face. They were closing but stayed to make sure I was ok. Nice, efficient, considerate, lovely surroundings. Cared that I was very nervous and assured me that it could be treated with antibiotics. Thank you, recommend greatly for seniors. Toni Rosenberg
