I visited MD Now Urgent Care for a cut on my finger... I have to say that the experience was SUPERB. I have never be treated better at any care facility in my life. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Nazien Parsaei. She was extraordinary, a true and knowledgeable professional. She personally tended to my cut with tender loving care and made sure I felt no pain. She went further to discuss other possible medical needs and advise. The receptionist Alexandra was very friendly and helpful. The staff of nurses, Deborah and Kanitha were extremely nice and very professional also, they took very good care of me.

Staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and they have COVID-19 safety protocols in place. It is comforting to see the use of facial masks, hand sanitizers, and spread out 6’ seating. From the moment you walk in the door and check in with the front desk personnel, see the nurse and phlebotomist, and finally speak with the doctor, Dr Raul San Juan, who takes his time to answer questions thoroughly and reassuringly, it was a great experience.
