I have been a patient of this location for several years. My family and I. My mom is the one who suggested for me to come over there and I absolutely love this place. My children have gone and my husband as well. Dr. Crespo is a lifesaver. I have been there with very serious symptoms and he’s giving me the proper test and the diagnosis and I have gotten better so much faster through his care. The staff is super professional and very knowledgeable. They are a warm environment and truly care about their patients. I am so grateful to the doctor and the staff for seeing me and diagnosing me. I have used this site several times for COVID Testing and also to take my 10 year old when the doctor’s office are closed during the weekend and I have had a very good experience. The staff is very polite and the doctor is super friendly and knowledgeable.

They have always been so nice and helpful every time I bring my mom in. Very clean and if you make an appointment, you are pretty much in and out. We were out of there in approximately 20 minutes!

What a life saver! I tried to make an appointment with the Doctor listed on my insurance card, but the first available time was in more than 2 weeks! I was feeling flu’ish, but wasn’t sure what it was exactly, and a friend told me to go to MD Now because they accept most insurance plans and they don’t require an appointment. So I walked in to the MD Now near my home and was seen immediately. The Medical Assistant, and Doctor spent quality time with me, diagnosed my problem, thankfully it wasn’t COVID, and gave me a prescription for treatment. Now I’m home, pain free and the visit was covered by my insurance plan! I give MD Now 5 stars!

I’ve always had a positive experience at this urgent care, this is the only urgent care I will go to since moving here. I understand all the negative reviews but medical professionals are swamped and doing the best with what they can right now and these people go above and beyond to try to help each person. It gets busy with COVID but every single medical facility is overwhelmed. Patience and kindness go a long way and this staff does their best to accommodate everyone. One of the individuals told me they had over 200 people they had to see in 12 hours yesterday, so I urge everyone to appreciate these professionals for their dedication to the medical field despite the long wait times and crowding. Great clinic with amazing employees.
