Due to the circumstances the visit was good. Staff seemed a little disorganized at first. There were a lot of people waiting to be tested and it was overwhelming, but they got it together and started moving everyone thru pretty quickly.

Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Polite and very professional. Dr. was unbelievably thorough. I had stepped on something (splinter) that was very deep actually a puncture wound and at home removal seemed incomplete. Dr. wanted to be certain everything was removed as pain was present. Ordered x-ray which confirmed some fragment remained and he proceeded to remove whatever little particle remained in my foot Thank you Dr. Flitter (so sorry if misspelled or name is not correctly stated). I couldn't believe how much concern and attention you gave to making sure that whatever was wrong - no matter how insignificant you certainly were going to make sure no more pain or infection.
