Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. The staff, from the front desk to Clinical Lead Samara Sinclair, Medical Asst. Samantha Davis & PA Provider Shana Kay Mignott were EXCELLENT!!! I couldn't breathe due to a chronic lung condition. Dr. B. Yoo, and his P.A., quickly assessed and effectively treated me, better than the Pulmonologist I was seeing ever had. I can still breathe deeply and without inhalers, a month after treatment. The Medical Team at this location ( 2272, N Congress in Boynton Beach), know what they are doing. You'll be in great hands.
