I went to MD looking for relief on my pain due to horrible reflux. Dr. Patrinionist Mercedes and assistant Alicia were excellent. Alicia is the best phlebotomist. I am afraid of needles and I could faint, but first time ever I did not feel a thing, plus under my pain and tension, she was not able to get my vain, and even though, I never felt pain or discomfort. She calmed me down and assured me it will not hurt. And it did not. Some people are blessed with their hands. Alicia is....Thank you Patrinioners Mercedes and Elizabeth, and Assistant Alicia. Excellent team of care providers.
