Quick, professional and a plethora of hand-sanitizer dispensers for all, (unlike the Congress Ave location where I had to ask for it, and the staff said, “they don’t like to keep it up front so no one touches it.”) Love MD Now, especially during this pandemic; appointment setting is super easy and their hours are convenient.

Went in recently with the same hate and fear for clinics and doctors as always. Left with the best experience I’ve had at any medical center ever. The front desk was kind and more than willing to help. Even ran into the manager! Quiet the young Women extremely friendly and listens to questions very carefully before giving out thought out responses. I feel like the manager and the staff go above and beyond for their patients. All in all I hope I never have to see a clinic or hospital ever again but if I do hopefully the staff is as bright as yours!

The place is clean and organized. I went in for a COVID test without an appointment and only waited 10 min. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was told at the front desk results would be available in 48 hours but the person that did the test told me in 24 hours the results will be emailed to me.
