Exceptional Service, by both the nurses and staff, a slight wait which is to be expected during pandemic times. (About an hour or so). Went in for a ear infection from ocean swimming and walked out with three scripts (two antibiotics and one painkiller) to take care of it quickly for my flight. Amazing service, would come back. Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.

Yes I was seeing very quickly the place was clean but the only problem is as I was not diagnosed correctly which was a real problem when the shingles started breaking out on my face in my hairline in my ear I am pretty upset because it cost me 24 hours that could’ve been medicated and not be going through pain that I’m going through and it would’ve saved me $85

My visit was great. The office is brand new. That might be why I didn't have to wait at all. It was my first time going to an urgent care and the check-in was quick, the doctor knew what he was talking about and I was in and out. Everyone in the office was on the same page, they all knew what they were doing and seemed to ask the right questions to take care of me.

Second time getting tested with MD Now, both times their swabs have been the skinniest (of the 4 total tests I've had). I made the appointment online about 20 minutes before arrival, checking in was quick and easy, always clean and an upkept environment. The staff was really nice. This test was the "worst" as far as feeling like it went farthest up and for a while, but still: no bleeding, no watery eyes, no sneezing, no pain. They take Aetna insurance, and are located all over the place. Love them!
