Yes I was seeing very quickly the place was clean but the only problem is as I was not diagnosed correctly which was a real problem when the shingles started breaking out on my face in my hairline in my ear I am pretty upset because it cost me 24 hours that could’ve been medicated and not be going through pain that I’m going through and it would’ve saved me $85

Not a long wait. Dr. didn't introduce herself which I find rude. But she knew what she was doing and prescribed meds that seem to be working.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Urgent Care. From the beginning they were all very patient with my hearing impairment. I appreciate the kindness from the receptionist to StephAne who called in my prescription for my painfully itchy allergic reaction to being bite by a gang of mosquitoes at Virginia Key. Len Let is a pure gem. Biggest heart Dr Ballarini is an amazing doctor who knew exactly how to help me and was super patient with me which is what I needed. Thank you all so much for taking care of me.

4/26/19. Today I went to Md urgent care. Hands down the best facility ever! From the front desk, to the triage, to the MA and then to the fabulous doctor. Right when you walk in there is a very nice front desk lady Ms. Miracle Evans who was very helpful and made the check in progress go very smooth. Next to the triage nurses. Ms. Shammeka & Ms. Tanna we fabulous!! Very professional, both triage nurse made me feel very comfortable. Now to Dr. Crespo. Words cannot express his bed-side matter!! GREAT DOCTOR!! He was very informative, very personable!! Now to the MA that helped me with my antibiotics. Will was great and explained everything to me. Hands down BEST urgent care ever! I even got my antibiotics filled there for $50.00 you can’t beat that deal!! Don’t look anywhere else!! Come to this location.. thank you everyone :) Jessica Hawkins
