Had an easy, quick trip to Plantation Urgent Care today to help me get rid of the pain in my lower back. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

Many people have their opinion but as far as mine, i walked in and was helped in the front desk quickly and respectfully. Service was great. Francesca was awesome and so was the Doctor. Explanation was clear as well. Im very pleased and give this staff a 5 star rating.

This is a truly excellent urgent care facility. I had to return twice after my initial visit for follow up care and every person I encountered from the front desk and check-out employees to the medical professionals were so friendly, caring, and helpful. My medical care was thorough. I highly recommend the MD Now Lantana clinic!

Went for a Covid test because I’m traveling back to NY. Everyone was so nice and made it a pleasant experience. Front desk clerk, nurse and doctor were awesome!!!

Great customer service, professional, clean My only concern, waiting area ; the space small and not 6 feet apart

The front desk person immediately acknowledged me and was very kind. The nurse came and got me and remembered me from my previous visit. When the PA came in she asked about the incident that lead to the wounds. She was very kind and gentle. I did this during my lunch time and I even had 15 minutes to spare.

This place was wonderful! From the minute I walk in the staff was very cheerful and extremely helpful! I came there as a walk-in and was seen within 10 minutes and the covid test took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way back home! Will definitely be contacting them for my other health needs! Thanks to everyone at MD Now! Well today I came here again to get another covid-19 test as someone who lives in my home had a positive and a negative test results and since I had been here before all I had to do was show my ID AND INSURANCE CARD SIGN IN 2 PLACES and before I could put the pen down the Dr was calling me to the back! I WAS LITERALLY IN THE DOOR AND BACK OUT IN LESS THAN 7 MINUTES! I WISH THIS PLACE HAD PRIMARY CARE AS WELL AS URGENT CARE BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE FOR MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING MY VERY STRESSFUL DAY HAVE A MUCH BETTER ONE!
