Unfortunately, I was book an appointment; I was quoted a wait of 90 minutes to two hours. Once I was called, however, I was in and out within 25 minutes, Doctor assessment, specimen samples, blood work, etc.

I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. There was a bit of a wait but unfortunately it’s a part of the times. I thought the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The nice young woman at the front continued to apologize about the wait and always let her patients know that they mattered and kept us informed. I had a brief encounter with the medical assistant and left there chuckling. The young doctor was wearing a few hats that day and was chipping in where ever she could. And although I couldn’t see their faces because if their masks I always felt their smiles.

I have been to the MDNow location in Cutler Bay and they never disappoint. Fast service and friendly staff. Best place to get travel related Covid tests. I always get my results 18-26 hours after I take it.
