I’m very upset with MD NOW. I saw Dr.Smart on 4/7 and she was wonderful. She prescribed me an antibiotic, Cefdinir and unfortunately after 3 days I was having EXTREME diarrhea. When I looked on line at side effects, this was the #1 side effect. Called on Sunday, held on the line for 15 minutes, got disconnected, therefore I went directly to the office. No one was in the waiting room and they told me they would email Dr Smart and she would call me and contact my pharmacy with a new antibiotic. This morning nothing has been sent nor has anyone contacted me. I called again and spoke with Patrick, he would email Dr Smart again unless I wanted to be seen AGAIN by the Dr now. I was appalled..all I want is my antibiotic changed. There is no reason to see me! I’m just amazed at how no one is responsible nor do they go the next step yo help an existing patient out. To say the least, this system needs to be reevaluated and a new one implemented to help the patient

MD Now provided quick and excellent attention to my care today. Would definitely recommend them.

The office was empty; I was the only patient there, so I didn’t have to wait at all. The doctor and nurse both seemed to care about me as an individual. They asked good questions and didn’t minimize my symptoms. They even called to follow up on how I was doing the next day.

Love that place. Not even 24 hours and my inflammation is gone. No waiting line, everyone was nice and professional. Thank you very much!

Clean, fast, efficient, and clear

Came here after work, after pre-checking in online. When I got there, the person at the front desk told me that I was welcome to wait, but I might not be seen before closing because several people were still ahead of me and there was only one doctor. She then suggested other local urgent cares that had no wait. I took her advice and went to another MD Now facility with no wait at all. To me, the fact that she cared enough to suggest another place where I'd be seen right away is worth five stars.

This is my second visit there today and my daughter like 7 visits but we both absolutely love the Doctor that was there today. He showed concerns and not just another patient get them in and out. He was great and our Assistant was again absolutely awesome very kind and gentle and the check person was awesome as well. So giving my overall rating it will be a 10

I went in for a pre employment drug screening and the process was smooth and quick. I would recommend Medcare to anyone who needs to have a screening completed.

Very professional atmosphere. Attractive and clean design. Medical and Office Staff were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and empathic. Dr. Mushtaq diagnosed and treated me properly, with a detailed discharge plan. Very impressive!!!

Went in last night, staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very competent MA took me to exam room, took history and vitals. Dr Tran was my physician. He listened to my complaint and prescribed meds. In and out in about an hour. I was very happy with the service received Highly recommended
