They got my husband in right away, and quickly determined that he didn't have any broken bones. If necessary, he could have had X-rays right there. The doctor and medical staff were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. I'm so glad MD Now is near our home for emergencies that don't require the hospital emergency room. Long wait but considering day after Christmas they were on limited staff. Great location and patient polite health care workers. I wish the patients that walked in were nicer to the staff!!

I visited the Cutler bay location this morning worried about my daughter being unwell. From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness and professionalism. From the lady that checked us in Elizabeth Smith who gave us immediate attention to the Doctor, Dr Benjamin Yoo and Nurse Sierra Reed I do not have enough words to express my gratitude for their diagnosis and compassion when life is stressful.
