I think best thing to do is to come early and ready. Early bird gets the worm. I came early on a Sunday and was first in line to be serviced. Front desk was nice and the staff was great. Got X-rays done and results with 30 mins. The doctor was great as well. Hit me with a follow up call an hour later to give me feedback from the radiologist. They have my 5 stars. I was in and out.

They were great. I waited about 5 minutes (one segment of the news with Belkys!) I was given my test for Covid-19 quickly and efficiently. It took about 3 minutes and i left. Nice people.

I’ve been to a number of urgent cares but I love how they operate at this location. It was my sons first time (and mine) coming here and it felt personalized and super attentive- as if it had been his doctors office for years. The admin staff is accommodating and polite and the medical staff very personable and caring. Deja is one nurse here who was awesome with my son who came in for a finger injury. She made him laugh and feel more at ease/comfortable as he was a bit frightened. We will continue to use this urgent care as needed while living in Delray. Thank you for being so great, guys! Keep up the excellent work!
