Walked in today 07/11/22, was weezing and not feeling well. The front desk was more concerned about my copy than informing the doctor that there was an urgent patient. Once in the back, the nurse John. V, was extremely helpful and was the Dr. She is amazing. They immediately gave me injection for the weezing and placed me on nebulizer. After reexamination, I was feeling much better. Thank you to the amazing back office staff. The front desk staff need to be trained to recognize an urgent care patient.

Very seldom do I leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience and I worked in the medical field many years.
From the start the lady at the front desk was so professional and sympathetic. I had been coughing all night and feeling awful. In less than 15 min I was called in by a nurse who took my vitals and in a short time after that I was seen by the Dr who was empathetic and explained to me the medications he was prescribing. He did introduced himself to both my husband and myself but I truly can't remember his name. I was out if there in less than an hour. Excellent experience.

Eva office manager, Filandi, Intake, and Amy- Pa. These 3 combined got me in and out, even with a wait, they made it worth waiting. Kind, gentle and helpful everyway, possible . My own Primary Doctors office Total MD / Urgent Care office is MD Nows Competitor. They wouldnt even see me after i was willing to wait there in their office while their PA said she had a procedure to do and it would be an hour or so. They told me because of my pain level, ( i pulled a muscle in my shoulder) to go to the hospital. I told them, i have been like this for 3 days , i would wait 1-2 so i wouldnt have to wait in The ER 3-4 hours for twice or 3 times the expense. She said even if i waited, she wouldnt treat me, and just would refer me to the hospital. So i came here. Same pain level, same pulled muscle. Atleast the saw me. And IF then they said go to the hospital, i would understand. But not even see me. So, MD NOW Is my Urgent Care place. I just wish i could use them for my primary office. Thank you ladies. If i could give you a raise, i would.

Went there with what could have been an emergency infection issue - and I wasn’t sure if I should go there or the ER, since I don’t have insurance.
They were extremely kind and friendly and were able to give me help (antibiotic shot). The nurse Linda was super friendly and caring. I was relieved to receive good care and kindness, this is what you really need when you are facing a difficult situation. Im grateful for their help.
