I called to make appointment for COVID testing for my family and they had availability the same day. We walked in and didn’t wait at all, everyone was so welcoming and warm from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. My 5 year old felt very comfortable doing the COVID test. Thank you all for your kindness.

I am a parent that was concerned about son illness . I called to find out the services of there facility . I spoke with Sandra receptionist and she had me speak to Stefanie RN . They reassured me that when my son came back in they would do an X-ray . Per my son he said everyone was great and he loved the Doctor sorry didn’t get his name 1/16 was on then and stated he was very nice and good . I just want to say I am a RN ER & ICU live in Pa and I appreciate you listening to my concerns and doing the X-ray .Thank you for listening to my concerns you were all very kind . I have never in my life went out my way to post a review however the other day when I went to the md now on Palm beach lakes and my experience was AWESOME I MEAN THE BEST SERVICE EVER BY OLIVIA LUZ :) she definitely went above and beyond very professional ... ( I even shared my experience with my boyfriend as soon as I got in the car)

This place honestly has the most friendly staff. I’m not from Miami I’m from Ma, I was super nervous to go in but all the ladies from the receptionists to the nurse to the doc Maria all super friendly and compassionate made me feel really comfortable and the process super easy. I have zero tolerance for pain and I’m a huge baby but that did not stop them from walking me through everything and taking there time. Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart we need more people in this world like these wonderful ladies.
